Amy Hopper Swan

Amy Hopper Swan has been part of the entrepreneurial support ecosystem in Arkansas since 2017, when she moved to Little Rock from Atlanta. As Program Director for the Arkansas Research Alliance (ARA), Amy expands collaboration and innovation among research leaders and institutions across the state. Amy co-launched Horizon Health Solutions, a healthtech company, in 2021 during the final year of her MBA program at the University of Arkansas. Amy joined the board of the Ark Angel Alliance in summer 2020 and assumed the role of Chair in fall 2022. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), a Professional Community and Economic Developer (PCED), and a 2018-2019 delegate to the Delta Leadership Institute’s Executive Academy.
