Marcel is an operations fanatic and marketplace management expert. He has experience with setting up growing startups to run smoothly and enjoys turning chaos into order. He has a penchant for taking a systems view of how an organization functions, breaking it down, and finding ways to make it work more successfully for all stakeholders. His time working for growing profitable startups in Silicon Valley has taught him much about how to (and how not to) set up a business. Marcel is particularly familiar with operations surrounding logistics, logistical QC, external partner relationship management, and marketplace management. When he is not melting stress away into saved money and spare time he enjoys baking bread and fixing bicycles.
